They paid $5.4M in tax last financial year. Thats enough tax to pay roughly $18M in fully franked dividends (5.41/0.3).
I have not completed the full reconciliation of their current franking credit balance but I'm pretty confident they have plenty there to fund the input tax credit of a $4M dividend (or whatever it is now)
The tax is being paid regardless and is not a direct cost of declaring/paying a dividend.
