that would be good. think the bigger end of town might prefer debt pay down.
perhaps unrelated but ANZ sent me an email today telling me that the LVR is reduced from 70% to 55%, and diversified LVR down from 75% to 65%. suspect this is the nail in the coffin for ANZ continuing to provide me with any financial products. so far they've lost my business account, my home mortgage and my investment property mortgages. turns out WBC provide better service, but up until today ANZ had better LVRs on ANZ.....
