Pretty much agree with your assessment there. PME certainly has tried my patience over the past few years, however I'm sticking with them for the time being and picking up a few more on the dips as you say.
It still takes a leap of faith that the growth is going to kick in and take them to the next level, however the lowish pe and good yield does provide some comfort.
Its getting to crunch time...
