Last year the annual financial figures were released on 22 August and the dividend was declared then too. This may explain why AGO is holding up so well. Despite a disappointing second half profit the annualised profit will be higher than last year so you would have to expect that they will at least maintain the same 3 cent dividend. With a record date last year of 9 September we might see a rise over the next few weeks ... Depending of course on what dividend is declared.
