    A distribution announcement of under 4 cents....so say 3 cents would mean an annual distribution of 7 cents. Now why would a stock with an annual distribution of 7 cents in recessionary (depressionary??) times go to the low 30's? Remember there's also only 1 loan with an LVR covenant and ICR on all loans is fantastic and will only improve with time.
