It was always a reinvestment plan and that was the nature of where the trading had occurred. Now with cross trade this should make it easier to pay dividends. China has never been a easy place to withdraw funds from. I do not see evil intentions because you" locked in" Im trying to get my head around this. This dividend will be reduced by what was paid earlier to then total 33 cents?
(didnt have the time to chase that down and dont follow this one greatly as its a real long termer for me.)
But i was looking for patterns on SP pre and post div and this time last year was very little. But then the div was not so great.
So why would i not pour another 100,000 shares into it if i was the get a 25% (Maybe reduced by earlier payment) return?
The only thing restricting me is that often this share is not as liquid as i feel it should be. Maybe too many LT'ers like me?
