I don't think the annual dividend will be above 4cps pa until there is a few years evidence that any more than that would be sustainable. Their loan book is changing shape all of the time, so they will want to manage expectations as well as retain cash for potential loan book expansion.

But with the amount of cash on the balance sheet, there is a good chance that there will be a special dividend of anywhere up to 4cps, sometime soon.

But remembering also that they will potentially also want to keep $10s of millions handy for the purposes of paying themselves as much as possible. Their employee options are payable in cash - and why on earth would they want to take millions of shares in a company that pays as much to their BOD and executive team as CCV does?? You'd have to be bloody stupid...
