Been watching the buys and sells everyday for a while now. Been a couple of times where it looked like OTR would break out only for sellers to emerge and drop back down. Recently volume has been increasing and price inching up although it does seem fairly evenly balanced as sellers seem to emerge once the price creeps up.

With cash released with the resolution of the legacy items, sale of at least 3 of the Derby houses, $8.6m in cash (as at June 30) and the profit from operations for 6 months (no tax payable) is there any reason why we shouldn't be getting a dividend announced in the half yearly? If so that might explain some of the newer buyers emerging of late.
