Now that EZL has risen to 1.05, the dividend is only 12% fully franked. Capital growth is a bad thing. Also PE is probbaly now about 6.5, rather than the 6 posted earlier when EZL was 99 cents.
Don't buy it unless you are happy with a 14% dividend and moderate capital gain as it is a thinly traded stock with not many shares around ( almost all in the hands of the company or its directors).
