    Lots of stress test to the economy at the moment.
    Imagine unemployment from 5% to 11%, or house prices plunge 30%..

    Banks profit margins falling as interest rates bite. Westpac down 15% annual cash profit, the spp doesn’t seem to be looking too well...

    Great time for buyers as the price hasn’t been this low since 2012..as long as div yield forecast sticks around 4-5% next 5years should be ok..
