No idea saqqhara, however I don't expect that they will pay a dividend whilst they are in negotiations with the banks, thus another 6 months before you need to worry about that IMO.
If they do pay, whilst I will be happy to take the cash, I think it will be a very bad sign for the company long term. That is, directors and staff that have significant ownership trying to extract as much cash as possible. Whereas, the long term prospects for the company and sp would be better served by paying down debt IMO.
So if there is a dividend, I will probably take my money and run.
The best outcome from the meeting will be a resolution around bank financing, and cuts in expenses including salaries.
