I see there has been a dividend declared by the company when the company has suffered a statutory loss. I also see ASIC/ASX requested the company revise their dividend announcement.
How can a company with a statutory loss announce and pay a dividend? I thought this was NOT permitted,
Someone dragging more cash out of the company?
