so should we be expecting a dividend?  $21.7M NPAT for the year i would have thought enough to see a final dividend be paid, i understand there was little free cash flow.  Surely CE1 have capacity?

O&G investors generally don't want to see everything go back into the ground, myself included.  Did the company update its dividend policy from October 2021? :

free cash flow determined by spending in the ground right?  So spend more, pay less in dividends?  Original plan to pay 30% of free cash flow for dividends, what the 70% balance for?  We had debt back then, minimal now.  Seeking feedback / clarification...
