Overall I am very happy with the result, NPAT increase is impressive given the local market and property price slump given Bunnings is now such a large part of the earnings. Happy for them to keep dividend conservative so they can make opportunistic value-add acquisitions. Very happy they have shown discipline in walking away from Lynas deal. Being down today on such a strong result shows how high market expectations are at the moment.
