Citi's Brendan Sproules was the one that put the hard q's to Pat about AUSTRAC and an EU during the last analyst call upon which Pat hung up - I'm assuming Brendan is still unimpressed with BOQ and with the loan book going backwards as well as BOQ flagging an increase in costs, there's not much surprise in the downgrade. Let us hope Pat has the composure not to hang up on the analyst call when the hard q's are put to him this time around.
