Thats an interestin question..
The IPO mentions sept as the time for divys...perhaps with the AGM giving an opportunity for shareholders to eyeball the Board....and communicate there expectation/questions.....anything can happen...
The only issue is the desire to pay...not the funds....
SBB could easily pursue a growth strategy plus pay a divy just by using its strong Cashflow..no need to dip into the cash..
