dividend in the mid teens???, page-3

From my reading it stated "future" dividends would be in the mid teens, not the "Special" dividend. The Special is a One off, whilst Future means continuity. Is this wishful thinking and a misinterpretation or did the Chairman get misquoted in his own transcript? If it is just the special, then we could expect a reduction in share price in the equivalent in the short term!
