I am not to confirm anything. MIG is going to pay 13.75C in August. All that was known last Dec. Since then a lot of water has flowed under the bridge. The restructure to Bermuda has gone through and that may be worth 2c in the sense that MIG Europe is paying interest on loans to Bermuda and that interest is up for distribution. Currently Chicago Skyway is being refinanced and all the div reinvestment funds may be returned. The M5 has been refinanced and MIGs outgoings there have been cut by half., so more money for divs. All this with no mention of an acaquisition. As for the MBL performance fee, don't forget the underperformance in 2003,2004 and even 2005...there is not much chance of a performance fee...yes to the base fee.
