Hi guys.

While I have no stock ATM, I had BJT on my watch list for some time. What prompted me now, to have another look, was the news that they sold a property for a 33% profit althought 18% bellow book value. Dividends will be announced soon and they seem to have money to pay some.

I admit that at the current SP BJT is looking quite atractive.

What puzles me is that ever since I started looking again, stock is puling back albeit slowly.

Any theories on that>?
