    Board has undertaken a couple of measures that should re-assure investors that it is not contemplating a capital raising.

    mopping up small lots of shares @ $0.50/share
    announced dividend of $0.01/share

    Hopefully they will soon announce farm-in into their gold or PGM project by a strategic investor.
