dividend now due

When it was proposed that IWI delist there was a promise to return the surplus millions in the company once the directors decided how much they needed to hold onto. This should be over $2.5M or 10c/share.
The books have now closed, end of year financials are finished so the payout should be soon.
I hope Mr Caddy and co don't think they can use these funds for a long running party.
