I can see that the investmentin the MIS and UK wine distributor may be worthless. The lack of merit of these investments and why they were made is now history.

Presumably IWI holds shares in these ventures and can walk away from them, it can't be compelled to pay into them.

IWIF delisted with a large amount of cash and gave the assurance that the surplus funds would be paid to shareholders. Do you know of any reason why the new board has yet to honour this committment? Do you think they will?
