    Pretty sure the Chinese will manipulate the sp and lob a low-ball bid before Port Spencer gets started.

    The resource (with more to be defined) is looking quite resonable from an economy of scale perspective for development.

    Centrex is a hot T.O target for the Chinese as anything near the rocket range is "no go" and taken anyway by Arium.
