The reality is that a dividend would have to be very small but what a positive spin it would have on confidence.
A free 10cent option for every _ _ _ (number) of shares you hold with a three year expiry date would be great,so when the stock is over 10cents you can exercise your option to buy a share at 10c, would be excellent if the shares by then are 50cent +.
Some companies do this for their employees.
FML management are doing a great job at building the company and if speculation of another acquisition at the end of the year is true we may very well be one of the biggest producers in Australia but would that just defer profit to share holders again.
At some time it would be nice to make some money.
