Can you demonstrate the advantage of a share consolidation as you see it please?
our market cap. determines the value of a company; the number of shares is not relevant at this early stage in my view.
I offer this view from each of the share consolidations I have been involved in, the more recent being PNA (1 for 5)and OZL (1 for 10); neither successful from a share price point of view; OZL should be $17+ and PNA around $5.
If we did a 1 to 10 consolidation and had a 50c share it gives you a lot of room to fall.
I would like to hear your view, my view is from past experience only.
