myself i would like to see a share buyback when they can afford it perhaps later this year .
if they were to do a buy back rather then a divvy that should have a positive effect on price and as folks being saying if a divvy was declared the price would improve its best to do a buy back while the shares are cheap get more for the $ spent just my opinion
