In the past, AMM has provided really tasty dividends. VOC has been awful, which is why I've never held it. Looking at the financials of each company, and making some inferences about the likely combined entity, it looks too me like the future will be more VOC than AMM. That's sad, I really liked AMM, it was a beautiful, consistent source of income.
Does anybody have any thoughts? Particularly, disagreement?
