Atomik,
It is one of those property REIT underdog. They also healthcare REIT but predominantly child care lease.
I have my flavour for REIT and Childcare service ie. Gem, TNK.
This will go up and up, especially GEM just got fund injection from HK investors.
Bearing in mind, the land and the property will go up in the valuation, pretty safe for super fund and fattening super. So this is long term bullish. Fat dividend. Although I do buy in and sell out every 12 months to maintain the capital gain.
