dividend over $15,000 and selling the stock

Hi All

I recall reading something a week ago about the franking of your dividend if you sell your shares.

I have owned for over 8 months and anticipate a divvy in excess of $15,000

If i sell within 45 days of the ex div date is there some detriment ie does my divvy become partially franked instead of fully??

I want to keep holding but need to get this money out for another project i have outside of shareworld.

I look forward to your advice
