When recently in Singapore I was led to understand the Government is undertaking a huge redevlopment to the north of the existing Maritime services and container areas and if that is the case then surely it would be just a case of relocating and re leasing with the Government doing everything possible to keep this type of industry in Singapore.
Just a thought re MUA , I cannot find any mention of Employee Encentives apart from the Captains performance reward for reducing the share price by 70% ...perhaps if they (MUA members)were given some skin in the game it would be far more advantageous to us smaller shareholders than rewarding the management...probably too left field to ever be contemplated.
