I highly doubt they would halt the dividend, but I really hope they give us the lower range of the payout ratio of 40% and pay off as much debt as possible.
I'm really concerned that we might not be a listed company soon, I keep hearing about the prospect of mergers and acquisitions in the OSV industry because everyone is trading significantly below book value. MMA in hindsight jumped the gun with jaya and now we cant take advantage of this and make any cheap acquisitions. Worried some sharks could try to pick this up for the $1.50-$1.70 range. Looking at how quickly the fundies are moving their holdings up and down I'd say we cant fight off that kind of offer
