well, ATO disagrees - they just called back, and said this tax year is fine. As CRT says, "seek your own tax advice".
One point they did ask a few times is if i was officially notified by CRT in 08/09 of the distribution - which i wasnt. Was anyone else?
The only notification i had was with the cheque.
