    PPP seems to be run for
    the benefit of some Directors
    according to their current
    Tax position or requirements IMO

    A Dividend policy is needed
    urgently to allow shareholders
    to also do Tax planning
    THIS WOULD DRAMATCALLY IMPROVE THE SHARE PRICE
    and cost very little say 0.5 of a cent per share
    every 6 months total yearly cost $5.8 million
