    Im with you a little bit here woody. Empire building is one thing, but you do need to reward shareholders at some point and as you say broaden your investor base.

    Saying that, no doubt like me, you are gagging for some serious capital growth first. I will be seriously concerned if the SP is anywhere near these levels come IPO anniversary.
