The decision on the dividend rate rests with the company. I wont offer an opinion (even though I have one) as there is a need to do your own research. I am framing a reply and ill post again over the weekend - but it will be general in nature (just a few guideposts). It is interesting to note that buyers of approx 140000 shares have just turned up. There are many factors that need to be built into a share price and of course dividends are one of the factors going forward. If its any help I did like Maxs post. DYOR
