Just issue new shares, sheesh that sounds like the US Fed is running Oxiana and there is no bloody way is that going to happen, I know that Oxiana is run far more professionally than that.
But to be honest I do not know how it works, one would think that if it costs money to pay the dividend then you would not bother and just say or at least push towards a reinvestment plan.
