G8 reported occupancy levels between 80.53%-88.81%, the problem is, that the centres in this range reflected very little growth during that reporting period. The report also stated that occupancy had peaked at 90.60% during November of that year. Included in those figures were, The Sterling Group 'premium centres', which have obviously inflated that occupancy level. The next reports should give a clearer indication of true occupancy. Would like to see G8 release their occupancy levels for the first six months of this year and compare those to the report released by Affinity.

The expectation from private schools entering the field of early childhood, would be, that they would already have guaranteed 100% occupancy levels. It would provide a further tool of assurance for parents of enrolment in the private school of choice, for their child. Therefore reducing the occupancy levels of other centres in the surrounding areas.
