as I mentioned before, too many of these dividend harvester type funds underperform the index. as per the Betashares website, Betashares HVST for the past 3 yrs as of May 31 after fees has returned - 0.08% per annum. that's negative 0.08% per annum. woeful ! whereas the Vanguard Australian shares index ETF has returned + 10.44% per annum over the past 3 years. that's a massive difference, over 3 years it means over 30% difference !
