Dividend stolen

Automic group says my dividend was paid to someone else as a cause of identity theft. They said anyone with my HIN number can claim it. These number are already in the letter and dividend can be stolen easily. I liased with Automic for 4 months but without any positive outcome. I reached Asic apra afca and all say not their jurisdiction. Did anyone have similar instances?

I hv informed beacon about weak control measures at automic and how I hv not received dividend. Automic have said they have reported it to police but I haven't had any call except for a email confirming registration.

I feel I should sell bcn share as I can't even get dividend for which I will hv to pay tax for.
