My dealings with Automic have been atrocious. They have no idea. I called them to retrieve my tax number so that I could reclaim the $6,600 of my dividend that they donated to the ATO. They said that their system did not have my tax file number in it. I asked the how this could be since on the my details page i could see the last four digits of my tax file number with five ***** preceding. The woman said that she didn't know, and asked her superior for assistance .....he/she had no clue either. I reckon that if I knocked on the door of the CEO, it would open and I would see Donald Duck sitting behind the desk.
