Absolutely .
Will it change , this ALP government threatens thru some of the super changes.( long way to go though).
Changes to cgt and trust taxation ( the bits Bowen blew with his cretinous anti fc and neg gearing campaign ) also needed.
Maybe reform aimed at family home ( that is not the neg gearing red herring).
The above strategy is a thought exercise only for me, but not my fault if the Australian public keeps bending over for the well off.

Care to elaborate why the 2nd parcel which you bought just prior to the ex-div date satisfies the 45-day at risk rule ?
