Have a look at the Betashares HVST dividend stripping ETF. They provide a fair bit of information about dividend stripping, but be aware (of course) that they paint a picture of it in as positive a light as they can.
From my experience with HVST they offer a high dividend but are prone to capital loss over time in some markets. But this may still suit an SMSF in pension phase as an annuity style fund.
