dividend - suggested comments for sce - buy!

I contacted the General manager and asked him about such sale and he said that at the end of the day they will need to provide investors with some reward. He didn't want to quote numbers but was willing to discuss that this is an option along with investments they feel will grow shareholder value and confidence.....whether it means anything.

He really stressed the need to get confidence accross the line and this was a strategy they intended on persuing short and long term. Could be a face but.....
