Ok, I stand somewhat corrected.
They may well continue their precedent of providing an ESTIMATED Dividend in December before the end of the reporting period but given the number of leases still being negotiated and the potential for further change to Trading conditions I'd wait the Extra 2 months and declare the ACTUAL dividend in February along with their results when they have 2 more months of data.
In fact if they feel compelled to declare an estimated dividend 2 months out I suspect they'll feel the need to be even more prudent.
I'll stick with 8 cents but going earlier makes this even more optimistic I reckon.
