Well I am disappointed that the dividend wasn't declared last week....so I figure that it will be this week early....Given a 3% increase that was suggested, that would make 8.5 - 9cts for the half.
I am not surprised that the SP has fallen...but it is true that most of the empty Bunnings warehouses are still paying rent for years to come. That is OK for BWP holders....gives the company time to find alternative uses for them, or to sell the property...as , as property prices have gone up...that can't be all bad.
But perhaps I am missing a key ingredient to BWP's future....could they be considering expanding to other countries?
