The funding announcement says dividends can be paid provided certain conditions are met in the preceding 12 months. Not sure if that means the clock starts from drawdown or the conditions can be met retrospectively. If it's the former then no dividends for a year. They are building a war chest for something more than the current expansion and diversification projects. This is going to be a very big company in time.
