Where did you see that date? I couldn't find it in any announcements.
The announcement on the 14th of June did say however that the dividend was expected to remain the same at 62c. Good news..
Over the last 3 years the ex-dividend date has been the 24th, 26th and 26th of August. So about 12 trading days time.
Sell QBE at your own peril :)
