IMO this is a long term buy. Once rates in the US go up profit will start to really take off. I buy and hold on the thinking that in 5 to 10 years it will be more than double probably more. I'm in the bonus share plan so i'll just hold them as eventually all the bonus shares will make it almost a freehold for me.
