I think anything over roughly 12-14c would indicate they have little or no Faith in QLD government approving stage 3 New Acland. If they have confidence in approvals (post Federal election of course) then expect them to keep some powder dry. Or maybe both can be achieved if they've locked in Japan/Sth Korea to some huge price increases going forward.
