Because of the notes I would think they will keep dividends down for the next few, somewhere in the 8-12c/unit range. Will also help build their cash position for whatever acquisition they have planned.
That said, a monster payout would be nice as a short term sugar hit. Sound management would dictate otherwise. Will be interesting to see what their average was over this buoyant period.
